If you continue to do business with us and we provide services to you we also collect other information such as, vehicle registration details, date of birth, previous addresses, ABN, Occupation, Gender, Driver’s Licence details, Delivery details, Government concessional details, Employment details and credit history as provided by you.

There are circumstances where we may disclose your information to third parties. For example: There are times when we are required to or authorised to by law disclose your personal information. This may include to help facilitate the registration and/or transfer of your vehicle, to an insurance company regarding compulsory third part insurance. We will share your information to a selling dealer once it becomes apparent that you are purchasing a vehicle or other equipment. We do not share your information internationally unless we have your written approval. We may also share your information with banks and other lenders in order to provide you with financial services, get payout figures for your trade-in vehicle etc.

At any time, you may request any of the information we hold about you. You may also ask us to correct or update any information we hold about you.
